As the Brexit deadline gets closer, broadcasters, service providers and production companies still have lots of questions about their operations once the UK leaves the European Union.
Putting politics and rhetoric aside, a collective of institutions from the German capital region is hosting a panel at BVE, aiming to provide insight and practical advice on what post-Brexit operations can look like.
Chaired by award-winning media journalist and commentator Kate Bulkley, the panel will represent a range of industry stakeholders, including:
- Dr. Anja Zimmer – director, Media Authority Berlin-Brandenburg (mabb)

The panellists will cover a range of topics like how they can maintain access to services and talent, as well as technical infrastructure. It will also discuss how Brexit will impact regulations for content broadcast and distribution and even how the rules on GDPR will have an effect.
Join them to get insight and practical advice – without the doom and gloom.
The panel takes place on Wednesday 27 February in BVE’s Business of Production Theatre and will be followed by drink and canapes.
