Christina Fox has trained thousands of broadcasters, videographers, and hobbyists to use cameras correctly, set up lighting and record good audio throughout her career. Her long list of clients includes the BBC, Channel 4, ITN, NBC, the Press Association, Oxford University, Amnesty International, Buckingham Palace and UK government departments to name but a few.
Christina’s television career began in the BBC as one of the corporation’s first female camera operators or “camerawomen” and since then she has gone on to work on a variety of outputs but operated mainly in news and current affairs. She is credited with having created some of the first DV camera courses for video journalists at the BBC before leaving to set up www.UrbanFox.TV. She is also a regular visitor and speaker at both BVE and IBC and a member of the Guild of Television Cameramen.
