Using the flow of technology to unlock creativity is the theme for this year’s Post Production & Workflow Theatre, and what technical treats we have in store for you. AV & Live Theatre
New for 2016, the AV & Live Theatre provides the platform for the discussion into immersive, collaborative and borderless media delivery. Media delivery can take shape in video, audio, lighting, display, installation and more so, IT and broadcast in a live environment - into which this educational programme provides comprehensive and practical insight. Designed with the AV, live and pro-sound community in mind, the free-to -attend seminar programme includes live demonstrations, interactive master classes, panel discussions, award winning case studies and insights into industry disrupters.
The Screen @ BVE
The Screen @ BVE, formerly the 4K Theatre, will be upgrading its vision from 4K and UHD to present the top line developments affecting broadcast and the future of content creation and its consumption. With a whole host of celebrity and industry leaders from Channel 4, 20th Century Fox, BBC R&D, as well as Academy Award Winners joining the agenda, this is THE theatre to be inspired, captivated and in awe of the great British talent we have to offer. The theatre will also be hosting BVE’s BVE’s first ever comedy gig on the 25th February.
For 2016, Producers Theatre will be merging with the previous years’ Production Theatre. Remaining interactive and cutting edge to its core, the three day programme hosting a mix of commissioning panels, keynotes from VIMEO, Love Productions, TomSka, industry leading case studies, presentations on business top tips, networking sessions and live pitching opportunities as we bring Live! Ammunition! back for 2016. Whether you specialise in traditional, digital or both, there is something to help your production, connect with peers, or hear idea to spike your curiosity.
Soho Editors Theatre
Soho Editors will be showing off the unmatched speed of the Final Cut Pro X ecosystem, with a range of demonstrations from grading in DaVinci Resolve, VFX plugins and VR360 from FxFactory, Multicam Productions with Softron, Inside the Edit’s masterclasses, Blackmagic Design’s Ultra HD solutions and AJA’s 4K workflow. Test the experts at the Soho Editor’s demo pods on anything and everything Post Production.

The UKTI International Business Theatre will play host to a number of high-profile speakers sharing their tips on entering overseas markets.
